Welcome to the Barrington Navigators Blog! We will be your hosts on your tour through the Barrington Headwaters Conservation area. Our group consists of (queue the music) Captain Elaina, Scallywag Katie, Barwench Johanna, First Mate Steph, and just Katherine.
We have been working diligently on a tour for local educators to familiarize themselves with this great resource. By the time they emerge (unscathed), they will have been introduced to many concepts including, but not limited to: Local history, GPS navigation (with coordinates), tree identification, and wetland sleuthing.
Wherever possible, we have linked our activities to the NH curriculum standards or provided lesson variations to include standards.
